About Us
Del-Val Volleyball Club began operations in November 2003 based out of Pennridge High School for the
Pennridge Girls Volleyball team. It started out having just enough players for two teams and represented
several high schools from the area. Three years later the club has blossomed into 7 teams with over 100
girls at tryouts representing schools from the Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties.
Eric Headley and Richard Comly started the club together and did everything from the coaching all the teams
to the day-to-day operations of the club along with the help of a wonderful parent, Diane Rock. Now the club
has hired over 14 coaches for the different age level teams.
The club is expected to continue its growth
this year with the start of a boys program as we team up with Club Lehigh and also our new developmental
program for the 14 and under local division. We hired Janet Quinn as our new Youth Director to head up this
division. Susan Kim joins the club staff as an Assistant Director to help with the administration of the club
and in maintaining our wonderful new website.
Objectives and Philosophy
Del-Val Volleyball Club is committed to provide its members with the best possible opportunities to improve their playing standards through high quality practices using the best coaches available and a comprehensive tournament program. Our goal is to help members achieve their potential and move on to the highest level appropriate to their ability.
